Introduction

Every model is different, especially nude, and the aim of this workshop is to develop an understanding on how to make the most of those differences, to find the model’s beautiful side, and create some inspiring photos.

I will bring in a new model that I have not worked with before and as a group we will discuss and experiment to see what style, lighting, and poses would suit her best. Each photographer will get a chance to shoot and try different lighting settings and we will discuss the results in a group and how the photos can be improved.

The model will speak both English and German and we can discuss in either language. The planned model for this event will be the beautiful Felicia Lucienne as seen in the product image but if she cannot make it, I will organise another model.

Details

This workshop is a practical workshop for photographers of all levels and will be held at my studio on Tuesday 4th April 2017 at 18:00-22:30.

We will be using studio lights so please bring a camera with a flash hot shoe. The workshop will be limited to 4 participants and will have the following preliminary schedule (please note that changes may occur):

18:00-18:30 Arrivals and Introductions

Snacks and drinks will be available during this time for photographers to arrive and get to know each other

18:30-19:00 Discussion

The model will undress and we will discuss as a group how she inspires us and decide what style of photos we would like to make. We will then make a quick internet search for some moods and plan the shoot.

19:00-22:15 Shooting

We will take turns to take photos and discuss the photos and how to improve them.

22:15-22:30 Wrap-up

The studio will be cleaned up and we can quickly discuss what we have learned during the evening

22:30-23:30 Drinks & Chat in a local bar (optional)

For those that want to relax after the workshop, there is a bar just across the road from the studio.
